Cookies & storage
What FIT saves in your browser and how to manage it.

Essential sign-in cookies
Secure session cookies keep you signed in and allow FIT to verify access to your workspace. The sign-in flow also uses temporary information to complete authentication safely. Blocking essential cookies can prevent central login from working. Central Identity runs on a separate IETA service with its own storage.
Public visitor alerts
When the platform operator enables visitor history, the Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax first-party cookie __Host-ieta-visitor holds a random signed visitor identifier for up to 90 days, renewed on eligible visits. FIT stores first/previous session times, session count and the selected session landing page against this identifier, without saving an IP address in the history record. Sessions restart after 30 inactive minutes. History is removed on the next alert or settings request after 90 inactive days. Clearing this cookie starts a new identity; a different device or browser also has its own identity. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control suppress these visit alerts and prevent cookie creation. The operator can disable visitor history independently of other alert details. The privacy policy explains which selected details may be delivered to Telegram.
Demo records and preferences
FIT saves demo changes in local storage under ieta-gym-demo-v1, website-editor examples under ieta-fit-website-demo, store examples under ieta-fit-store-demo, and the chosen color theme under ieta-gym-theme. This storage stays on the device until you reset the demo or clear the site's browser data. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the public demo, especially on a shared device.
Installation and offline cache
The installable app uses a service worker and browser cache for its application shell and static assets. Installing the app does not grant another person access to your gym. A connected workspace still needs authentication and a network connection for server operations.
Manage stored information
You can reset demo records from the demo workspace's Settings page. Use your browser's site-data settings to remove FIT cookies, local storage, and caches. This may sign you out, reset preferences, and remove offline assets. Uninstalling an app alone may not clear all browser data. These actions do not erase records held in a connected gym workspace.
Connected services
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Opening central login, support, or a payment checkout takes you to or loads a connected service with its own data practices. Refer to those providers' notices for their cookies and storage.
